Terms of Service

Last Updated: May 15, 2024. These terms govern the professional relationship between CWK Consulting and its esteemed clients within the Indonesian regulatory landscape.

1. Introduction

Welcome to CWK Consulting ("the Firm"). By accessing our services, navigating our website, or engaging in professional consultation, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the Client and CWK Consulting regarding Indonesian forestry, environmental, and mining licensing advisory services.

2. Professional Services

Scope of Engagement

  • check_circle Forestry utilization permitting (PBPH) and environmental impact assessments (AMDAL).

Note: All services are provided as advisory. Final regulatory approval remains at the discretion of the relevant Indonesian ministries (KLHK, ESDM).

3. Client Obligations

Accuracy of Information

The Client must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date documentation. CWK Consulting assumes no liability for licensing delays or denials resulting from inaccurate client data or misrepresented operational details.

Compliance with Local Law

Clients are responsible for ensuring that their on-ground operations adhere to the specific requirements of Indonesian Law No. 3 of 2020 (Mining) and Law No. 11 of 2020 (Job Creation).

4. Limitation of Liability

CWK Consulting provides technical and strategic guidance based on current regulatory interpretations. However:

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the **Republic of Indonesia**.

Any disputes arising shall be settled through the District Court of South Jakarta (Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Selatan) unless an alternative arbitration method is mutually agreed upon in writing.
